Patrick Malika is a registered realtor with Estate Agents Registration Board under the Ministry of Lands and the Founder and Managing Director of UIP Real Estate (www.uip.co.ke) a leading real estate firm helping Kenyans afford properties across the country. With over a decade of experience in the real estate and business sectors, he has successfully led strategic expansion, increased revenue, and optimized operational efficiency. Under his leadership, UIP achieved a 40% increase in annual sales revenue, expanded its property portfolio by 50%, and enhanced efficiency by reducing overhead costs.

 

He is the Founder and Chairman of www.teiwambau.foundation focusing on youth opportunities, education boy child empowerment, universal shelter and health and access to clean water. He also serves as a Director at United Kenya Club (UKC), where he oversees strategic management, financial and development, driving growth and improving service standards.

 

Patrick holds a Bachelors of Science in International Business Administration from USIU Africa and a Certificate in Real Estate Property Management and Agency from the Institute of Pension Management (2024). Currently pursuing Bachelor of Laws Degree at the University of Nairobi, he brings a strong foundation in business, governance, and strategic planning.
